1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Opvista, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Opvista provides a veterinary operations intelligence platform that helps clinic directors manage operations, vendor relationships, tasks, and revenue insights. Features may change as we continue developing the platform.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Opvista for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or to interfere with the operation of the service. Abuse of the platform may result in account termination.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

6. Limitation of Liability

Opvista is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and limit our liability to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Opvista is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
